World Without End
by Jake McCormac
Fell is a detective. It’s all he’s ever known—literally. With no memory of his past, nor why he can absorb and manipulate magic, Fell is searching for answers. When the Department comes calling, they could be the answer to his prayers. If he can find Annie, they can help him. Her last known location: L.A.
Accompanying Fell, or at least to keep an eye on him, is newly initiated Department agent and Annie’s best friend, Elspeth Villalobos. She informed her handlers that she’d be going after Annie whether they initiated her or not. They believed her.
The last person to speak to Annie was L.A. Detective and occult specialist Ronen Escher. Escher recently buried his esoteric rabbi father and must now unpick the bizarre prophecies the old man shared with him, while trying to find out why a Vatican agent needed to speak to him.
To find Annie, they’ll need Fell’s gifts, Elspeth’s martial abilities, and the answer to Escher’s prophecy. But with demon talent agents, fallen angels, and elder gods to navigate, they begin to realise they are caught in a dark web of magic that holds the fate of the world in the balance.
